Getting Started
RxTrader is a B2B pharmaceutical procurement marketplace that connects licensed pharmacies and distributors. All transactions are fully compliant with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), with built-in escrow payments and FedEx shipping.
RxTrader is available to licensed pharmacies, distributors, and other authorized trading partners. All users must pass identity verification and provide valid DEA/NCPDP credentials before accessing the platform.
Click "Request Access" on the homepage to begin the onboarding process. Our team will review your license information and typically respond within 1–2 business days.
RxTrader charges a small transaction fee on completed orders. Contact our sales team at sales@rxtrader.com for current pricing details.
DSCSA Compliance
The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is a federal law that requires pharmaceutical trading partners to track and trace prescription drugs through the supply chain. Every transfer of ownership requires Transaction Information (TI), Transaction History (TH), and Transaction Statement (TS) documentation.
RxTrader automatically generates and stores all required DSCSA documentation for every transaction. This includes product traceability records, authorized trading partner verification, and suspect/illegitimate product reporting workflows — so your team never has to assemble paperwork manually.
Yes. All sellers are verified against FDA and state licensing databases before they can list products. Verification is repeated periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
RxTrader has built-in workflows for handling suspect and illegitimate product reports. Flagged products are quarantined and our compliance team is notified immediately. We follow all FDA guidance for investigation and reporting.
Payments & Escrow
All payments are processed through ACH escrow via Dwolla. When a buyer confirms an order, funds are held in escrow and only released to the seller after verified delivery is confirmed by FedEx tracking.
Escrow protects both buyers and sellers. Buyers are guaranteed delivery before funds are released, and sellers are guaranteed payment once delivery is confirmed. This eliminates disputes and builds trust between parties who may not have existing relationships.
Funds are released from escrow automatically when FedEx confirms delivery. ACH transfers typically settle within 1–3 business days after release.
Yes. Banking information is handled exclusively by Dwolla, a licensed money transmitter. RxTrader never stores your full banking credentials — we only receive a tokenized reference from Dwolla.
Orders & Shipping
RxTrader generates FedEx shipping labels for confirmed orders and provides real-time tracking through the platform. Delivery confirmation events are automatically captured and used to trigger escrow fund release.
Currently, RxTrader uses FedEx for all shipments to ensure consistent tracking data and reliable delivery confirmation for escrow processing. Additional carrier support may be added in the future.
Contact our support team immediately if a shipment is lost or damaged. Escrow funds will be held while the issue is investigated. We will work with FedEx and both parties to reach a resolution.
Account & Security
One-time passcodes (OTP) are more secure than passwords. They cannot be phished, are useless once used, and expire quickly. This eliminates the risk of compromised passwords for high-stakes pharmaceutical transactions.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If the code still has not arrived after a few minutes, use the "Resend code" option on the login screen. If you continue to have issues, contact us at support@rxtrader.com.
Account information can be updated from the Settings section of your dashboard. Some changes — such as license updates — may require review by our compliance team before taking effect.
